The product

Information can enter an organisation in a variety of ways  - via the post, a scan, e-mail, fax or even, for example, photos or camera recordings. CORSA has a varied assortment of products to facilitate the Input and Capture process. CORSA provides the right instruments for an efficient Input and Capture.  CORSA/CAPTURE is a component of the Input and Capture functionality of CORSA ECM.

The capture process

·         Digitisation: During the capture process, the documents are first digitised. Digitisation can be done using a dedicated scanner or via a multi-functional with scanning function.

·         Validation of the images: After the pages have been digitised, the images of the pages will need to be validated. This means that the images are validated to check that the pages are displayed correctly and are readable.

·         Compilation of documents: After the images have been validated, they are compiled into documents on the basis of set criteria, such as barcodes or separator pages.

·         Validation of the document compilation: After the pages have been compiled into documents, these documents need to be validated to check that the documents have been compiled correctly.

·         Further processing: After the documents have been validated, they can be guided further for processing of the contents.
