SDD Software Distribution GmbH in Aachen, Germany is responsible for the distribution of CORSA products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The turnover of BCT Guiding Documents in Aachen has tripled in 2006.
“By means of our strategy – a clear distinction between product development, selling and project conversion – we had a clear goal and realized an enormous success”, says Frank Aretz, Managing Director of BCT Guiding Documents in Aachen.
The Aachener company has its focus on indirect selling and co-operates successfully with partners. “It is important to us that we offer as much support to our partners when needed. An honest and intensive partnership and coordinating goals are important factors for a successful partnership. When partners are very satisfied, customer satisfaction will increase as well”, says Frank Aretz.
BCT expects to have a turnover increase of 100% in 2007. This is possible by means of qualified partners, whose aim, in association with BCT, is to increase customer satisfaction.
