BCT Guiding Documents, the Dutch provider of systems for Automatic Document Recognition (ADR), document management, enterprise content management and workflow management, is planning to extend its activities to the British market. Hans Leijdekkers, Channel Manager Europe at BCT, is currently looking for partners in the areas of marketing, sales, implementation and maintenance of BCT solutions.

BCT Guiding Documents has been developing solutions in the field of post registration and document management since 1985. Their modularly constructed enterprise content management system, CORSA, is now the basis for the efficient management of all documents and related processes.

One of CORSA’s key benefits is its far-reaching capabilities in the field of input management and data capture. CORSA/ADR can be used to digitize, classify, and file information from many different sources. The system can be linked to business applications such as ERP systems, document management systems and financial applications. This allows the documents in these applications to be retrieved and viewed directly.

Currently more than 500 businesses and organisations make use of the software solutions provided by BCT Guiding Documents. In the Netherlands, BCT is the leading supplier of enterprise content management solutions to local government agencies, police departments and water boards.

The health care sector and the corporate sector have also taken an increasing interest in BCT’s solutions and the retail, construction and financial services sectors are now also being approached via specialised partners.

BCT has developed a special partner programme, in which partners are provided with support in the area of marketing, sales, communications and training.

"We are delighted to be making our first steps into the UK market. Our enterpise content management solutions have proved exceptionally successful in the Netherlands and other parts of Europe and we are confident that there is a strong market for them in the UK. We are very excited about this move and look forward to finding partners in the UK who will work with us to sell these solutions,” said Hans.

Outside of the Netherlands BCT Solutions are starting to be adopted in other European countries including Belgium, Germany and Sweden. Clients include Cardinal Health, Michael Page, Weltbild Verlag, Gotthard Tunnel, Stage Entertainment, Thyssen Krupp and Amvest Management.

In the UK BCT Guiding Documents will be focused on selling its customised solutions, such as CORSA/ADR, digital mailroom and invoice processing. BCT is looking to develop partnerships with specialised UK resellers, who can offer their products to relevant clients.
